The Committee are delighted to inform you that Tramore Tennis Club have secured funding from the Sports Capital Grant. It is our biggest funding allocation which comes to €150,000. This money will be used to rejuvenate our existing five court surfaces and also upgrade our club fencing. This is a massive and deserved win for our club.
We would like to thank our club President, Garvan Toomey, who worked tirelessly with the Committee for months to attain this invaluable grant for our wonderful Club.

A very special thank you needs to also go to Minister Mary Butler who advocated for us tirelessly with the government to help us secure our biggest fund yet. A heartfelt thank you also needs to go to Minister John Cummins and MEP Grace O’Sullivan who offered invaluable help and guidance throughout the lengthy process.
What a time to receive this wonderful funding as we enter into our 101st year. Great for Tramore, great for tennis and great for our many members. We thank you all for making it the club it is and continuing to make the future bright for our youngest members. We cannot wait to reap the rewards this funding will give our club.
